InsightFlow is a financial analysis platform providing market data, technical analysis, AI-generated insights, portfolio tools, and trading signals. The platform is designed as an informational and analytical tool for educational and research purposes.

InsightFlow does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content on this platform — including AI-generated insights, trading signals, technical analysis, and market data — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use InsightFlow. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

6. Subscriptions and Payments

InsightFlow offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of billing if you have not materially used the platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Use automated tools to access the platform beyond normal use
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense InsightFlow data or insights without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Engage in market manipulation using insights derived from our platform

8. Data Accuracy and Limitations

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. InsightFlow makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. AI-generated insights are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors. You should independently verify any information before acting on it.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, AI models, algorithms, design, and branding are the intellectual property of InsightFlow. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal or business purposes within the scope of your subscription. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, or distribute our software.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment decisions made based on platform data or insights. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of InsightFlow shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
